Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Missouri

Age Discrimination

Four days before my 50th birthday without any prior reviews or complaints from my managers I was dismissed.I was a salaried feild managment employee who averaged 55 to 65 hours a week. When i was called in and let go the reason Iwas given was I was not putting in enough time.I have since asked by e-mail to be in writing what were the reasons for my dismissal. The reply was we have already discussed it.Three weeks ago I sent a request for a letter of dismissal (Service letter)under Missouri Statute 290.140 . I also asked to maintain all of my employment records and send me a copy of all of my evaluations. I am still waiting.I was told several times by my project manager that I was payed way more than other superintendents. He told me they had noone experianced to get this job up and going. He let me know that I was payed more than he.This Same Person on two differant occasions told me once that I wasmiddle aged, over weight & balding. And the week bere my 50th birthday he made the remark You are old. When the general manager called me into his office he told me he told the project manager to not give me any help let me sink or swim.I had been asking for help and was promissed help for 4 months.I had 46 new homes going up without help.
