dropped charge

i got picked on not to long ago i was a minor at the time a group of boys fallowed me 8 miles and i had to stop by the time i got out of my vehicle they were at the door i asked several times why they were picking on me and the main boy grabbed me by my throat and screamed because your a faggot the charge was dropped because i got out of the vehicle second but if i would have kept going they would have fallowed. i was labled the aggresor
