Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Missouri

I gave a local car dealer $2800.00in the form of a cashiers check. He gave me the vehicle. What I didn't get is the title. 1 1/2 months later I still do not have a title and cannot get the vehicle licenced. What can I do?

Contact teh Departmetn of Revernue in Jefferson City, ans ask who the registered owner is now. Ask the dealer who their bonding company is. You may have to file suit to quiet the title and to make a claim against the deaelr and his bonding company, for the amount you have paid. First, you might have an attorne write a letter to the dealer demanding the title.
