Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Missouri

Religious descriminations suits made public

The company I work for has been hit with a religious descrimination suit. Her rep at mediation was also her pastor, who slipped and said he has won bigger cased than this one. I need to find out if I can find out for myself if either the claimant or her rep has filed other similar suits, and if so, how can I find this out before we have to actually appear in court. Can this be done myself through the internet? If, not, please tell me how this search can be done.

Re: Religious descriminations suits made public

Each court has a file of all plaintiffs and

defendants. The file is either a card file or

nowadays a file on a computer in the clerk's office. In both forms, the lists are or should be

available to the public.

The rep, if she sued, would be in the plaintiffs file.
