Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Missouri

my son was visiting a friend while at his cousins house. A man asked him who was he visiting he never stated who he was to my son. So as my son proceed to leave the friends and go back to his cousin the man pushed him from the back down several steps. Also called him all kind of N words. Who/what can I do about this problem.
