Legal Question in DUI Law in Missouri

When you say that the punishemtn is cruel aand unusual. In that you arre saying that it violates the US Constitution. Your claim to that effect shoudl be brought in either an action to appeal your sentince (revocation) to the US COurt of Appeals in yrou District. It seems astretch to say that the administrative restriction of a driving privledge is Cruel and Unusual. But, as a US citinzen you have the right to raise the issue. It coudl be quite expensive to make this appeal. Probably more than a chaffeur would cost for the remainder of your revocation period.
