im 18 and i got a ticket for minor in consumption (.05) inside a club last night. they made it clear it was not a mip. i had one drink at my apartment thirty minutes before i walked in. they said i should recieve a letter in the mail soon about court. do i need an attorney? and how much will this cost? i also want to know how to get this off my record. i also had a designated driver
