Should I be affraid of going to jail if I just got a second dui and I have no attorney. my first attorney took really good care of me. this was my sentence. Upon my plea of guilty to DUI,the court suspend the Imposition of Sentence and place me on probation for one year with special conditions. This happen to me almost over a year ago and i followed all my secial conditions. I am a mother of a 10 month old and 5 year old. I just got married 2 weeks ago and three day before my wedding i went out for 2 drinks. I don't deny i had drinks but i just want to know should i expect jail time. I really can't afford an attorney and my 10 month year okd can't live with out me. I am also starting college this fall. Please tell me what should i do? Should i tell the judge my situation,and hope he doesn't sends me to jail?

There is a significant chance of jail time. You shoudl reconsider your decision whether to hire an attorney. Ask you husbasnd how he will do with the 10 mos old, if you are in jail. Depending upon your previous convictions and the facts of this case, you may be sentenced to some jail time.
