My boyfriend got a dui and is currently on probation, but has failed to meet the requirements. He now has to go to court for a hearing about violating the probation, if he gets both of the requirements done before the court date, what will happen?

If he completes the probation requirements prior to his probation violation hearing, it is much less likely that the judge will revoke his probation.
