What will occurs depends upon the resoan, if any, that he gives foir failure to take the class. It depends even more on what judge he is before, and Seince he did three days in jai, your boyfriend may be able to get probation again. but, there is achance that he can be found guilty of the two charges, and have to do some more jail time.
Hopefully, he hs hired loegal counsel to represent him.
good luck
Your question does not provide enough factual information fo an attorney to be able to give you a specific response. What Court was your boyfriend originally charged in? What was the original dispositon, or plea bargain in his case? Was he given a Suspended Imposition of Sentence? Was he given a Suspended Execution of Sentence? What exactly were the court dates that he skipped? How did he wind up in jail for three days? I would strongly advise your boyfriend to hire the best attorney that he can afford at this point. The negative consequences of continueing to make bad decisions will have a very serious impact on his future (and yours).
