What was the original dispositon, or plea bargain in his case? Was he given a Suspended Imposition of Sentence? Was he given a Suspended Execution of Sentence? What exactly were the court dates that he skipped? How did he wind up in jail for three days? I would strongly advise your boyfriend to hire the best attorney that he can afford at this point.
