I was convicted if dwi in 2012 and completed an inpatient drug treatment in 2013 and am just now financially able to get licence back will treatment in 2013 still be a valid satop comparable

Inpatient alcohol/drug treatment is usually much more extensive than SATOP. So, it can substitute for it with some Courts. However, SATOP does not cover the exact same information, so the DOR (motor vehicle division) may not accept it. SATOP is much cheaper than treatment, so most folks opt to do it rather than any inpatient treatment.
