can the cop bring finger prints to your house and have you sign them because they say they forgot o have you do it the night before

There seems to be no bar to an officer bringing a fingerprint card to your house and asking you to sign it. I would not recommend that you sign it until you consult with an attorney about the facts of the stop and arrest.
