I am curious, I have a scenario where I had a DWI 9 years ago in Missouri. Received a 2 year SIS with the agreement of 80 hours community service to be completed. I am now finding out that the City has issued a warrant (in 2007 from my understanding) because they don't have proof of completion of the community service. I honestly don't recall where I completed it as it was almost 10 years ago. I recall receiving a letter stating I completed my terms of probation. My license was re-instated and my job actually requires finger printing, background check, and a credit report annually. I live in the same community and have never been served a warrant. What is the statute of limitations on this and what can be done by a judge or prosecuting attorney for no proof of completion of community service? Any insight would be appreciated!

There is no statute of limitations. You should hire an attorney to get the warrant cancelled and figure out how to prove that you completed the community service. If you can't do that, your attorney may be able to work out a deal under which you would get to do it over again. Or, the Court could just revoke the original deal and give you a conviction on the original charge. I could probably help you with all of this.Feel free to contact me directly.
