I lost my driving privelages in Mo. Can I be licenced anywhere else?

No. Nearly every state is a member of the Interstate Motor Vehicle Compact, and the fact of your Missouri license status will be readily available to any other licensing agency pretty much wherever you go. Most states have laws that prevent you from getting a license in that state if your license is revoked, or terminated in some other state. However, you did not say why you lost your license in Missouri. Perhaps there is something that can be done to help you, such as getting you reinstated or getting you a limited driving privilege or petitioning the Court to Order the Director of Revenue to give you a license.
