Well then, this sounds like the perfect case for you to hire an attorney and go to trial on. Seriously, when your attorney gets the discovery packet, I will bet that there is some evidence that you were driving. Still, there are many ways in which the state might not be able to make its case. You absolutely must hire the best attorney you can afford. Good luck.
