Legal Question in DUI Law in Missouri

I was involved in a single car accident in 11/07 and recieved a spinal cord injury. i was not ticketed or charged at the time but the higway patrol did have blood drawn at the hopital. i had two dwi previously, 14 and 16 years ago. i have heard nothing how long do they have to charge me?

They have years to file the charges. If I were you I would hire the best attorney I could afford as soon as possible. Do not wait until the charges are actually filed. Good luck.
