Legal Question in DUI Law in Missouri

dwi mip failure to keep right insurance contraband we had a 18 with us beer in the car and i was the only one charged with two people over the age of 21

In Missouri, anyone with access to contraband can be charged with possession. Did you admit to ownership of the contraband ? Were you driving? Was it your car? Are you over 21? I need more information to answer this question. Feel free to email or call me if you want to look into this.
