Re: Felony DWI & Drug Court

It may be that the law does provide a way for a person to obtain relief in your situation under certain circumstances. If you were to consult with me about it, I would interview you about all of your factual background, obtain a current driving record from the Department of Revenue, and take a look at the statutes and cases in order to advise you whether you would be able to shorten the revocation period. I would require a modest fee to perform these steps, and then, if you needed me to petition the Court, there would be other fees and expenses incurred. If you are not already represented by legal counsel and would like a free telephone consultation, you may call me at 314-727-2822.
