Filed petition for Pardon with Governor to get drivers license reinstated after given permanent denial for alcohol related offenses.
What does this statement mean "you were granted SIS probation. Term was completed, there is no conviction to alleviate. Therefore, you are not eligible for Executive Clemency.

You apparently had a deal where if you completed probation, your conviction was ended. Therefore, there isn't anything to pardon. Perhaps you could appeal the permanent denial.
