The sentencing documentcould have requried the fine toi be paid within a much shorter time and the court is requiring the defendant to appear to determine whether the probation may be revoked. there may be other reasons of which you are not aware. In any event your husbandmust appear in court as notified. If he hires an attorney to represent him, the attorney should be able to find out the specifics before the court date itself so that your husband can be prepared.
