Generally, a judge doe snto have the authority that all offenders take a specific drug. But, if the defendant wishes to obtain probation or community servcie instead of jail time, the judge may be able to require those convictied of alcohol offense to taje such medicatiosn as a condition of their probation. But, every offender still has the option to choose jail over taking the meds. If a specific offender can show that the medicationwoudl be medically detrimental to them, they might be able raise that to avoid the med requirement. But, that is extremely rare and probably very dificult and expensive to prove.
Good luck
