license restoration
can i file a petition with the court to get my drivers license reinstated without getting a lawyer if so how can i go about doing it. i live in michigan trying to obtain my cdl.

You are not required to hire a lawyer if you understand how to practice law. Your question leads me to believe that you are not qualified. Hire a lawyer!
You certainly wouldn't think about posting to a web site asking whether you need to hire a doctor to do surgery and then asking how to do surgery.
You're not qualified to practice law or practice surgery.
