Yes. I think that it is fairly obvious that you should hire the very best criminal defense attorney you can afford. Each successive DWI (or DUI) you receive will mean that you are facing stiffer and stiffer penalties and adverse consequences. With a good attorney you may be able to successfully defend this charge or at the least negotiate a plea bargain which will keep you out of jail. The attorney may also be able to help you with the problem you are going to have with your driver's license. Do not use the cheapest lawyer you can find. Hire an attroney that you can trust and that is experienced in these cases.
