I believe that you are very wise to seek legal advice before deciding on any course of action (or inaction). I am not licensed in Colorado, so you might want to check with a Colorado attorney. Generally speaking, I believe that your plea bargain in Colorado would be set aside and the prosecutor would file a Motion to have your probation revoked. The Court may just revoke you and give you the conviction and some punishment, or the court may set the Motion on a court date, and then if you do not appear issue a warrant for your arrest. In the event that you would take the conviction, the conviction itself would be reported to the Colorado licensing authority and then on to the Missouri Department of Revenue. The Department of Revenue would assess 12 points against your driving record, and you would receive a suspension of your Missouri license. Also, your Missouri license could be suspended if you simply fail to take care or your obligations to the Court in Colorado. Your Missouri license will also be suspended if you fail to appear at any court date. If there is a fine imposed, and you do not pay it, your Missouri license may be suspended. There are many reasons to complete your conditions of probation, and I would personally advise you to do so.
