You could get one to five years (or more) for this DUI, the citation for which may be coming in the mail. If you voluntarily admit yourself for in-patient treatment, you get leniency from the judge. Before that, you need to consult directly with a criminal attorney in your area. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation. Let them see your criminal background information and the facts of your most current arrest.

Good luck
