I recieved a dwi speeding and seatbelt ticket on april 7, 2012 and had a court date of august 28,2012 and when i went to the courthouse it had been cancelled but they could not find me in the system as recieving any tickets....what should i do?

You should wait one week and check with the court again. If no news, you might have an attorney check for you. Don't assume there are no tickets.

In the first place, you should hire the very best criminal defense attorneyt that you can afford. This is nothing to try to handle on your own. The possible negative consequences are far too serious. If I were you I would hire an attorney immediatley, and the attorney will promptly determine what happened to your charges and then represnt you. I hope that you at least consulted with an attonrey immediately after you received your tickets. That's when you needed legal advice. If not, it's not too late. Consult with an attorney.
