reinstatement of drivers license
I moved to Nebraska from Missouri.
I need a lawyer near me that can petition a Missouri court to make me free to apply for a Nebraska drivers license. The local area lawyers I spoke to could not practice law in Missouri. Can this be done by phone?

You did nto provide enough information for an attorney to evaluate whther repreesenting you can be done by telephone. You need an attorney licensed to practice in Missouri more than you need one located near you.
