What is the sentence for a minor visibaily intoxicated? Should I get a lawyer?

you did not say in which jurisdiction you were charged. Both
But, in most cases you will do better having legal counsel, than not.

I assume you were arrested in Missouri.However, this question appears in the DUI section. Were you driving or walking when the arrest occurred? This makes a big difference. Do you have any priors? I suggest having a lawyer because, depending on the jurisdiction, the court could impose probation conditions such as submitting to drug tests, going to antidrug classes, etc. Feel free to contact me if you want to look into this further.
