Legal Question in Education Law in Missouri
Corporal punishment
Can I take legal action against a school if my child is too severly disciplined if I have signed a permission slip giving permission for the school to use corporal punishment on my child?
This is for a legal class I am taking.

Re: Corporal punishment
Don't you think this is cheating?
There are numerous treatises on education law at the law libraries at both St. Louis University and Washington University. Go do the research and find your answer. It is not proper for an attorney to help you cheat on an academic assignment.
