Legal Question in Education Law in Missouri
Missouri Law on Parental consent rights in school
There was a video put out by A&E called ''Meth's Deadly High'' rated TV14 that was shown to 12 and 13 year olds (one being my son) in school without parental consent. I saw this video and it was VERY explicit and INSTRUCTIONAL as to showing them how to make and shoot up methamphetamine. Was there a law broken by the school?

Re: Missouri Law on Parental consent rights in school
It does not violate the law for an educator to demonstrate bad judgment. That appears to be the issue here. I would suggest to you that the best thing you can do is petition the school board to stop the showing of this video.
