parental entitilment to request change in teacher
Is a parent entitled to request removal of their child from a particular teacher's class that conflicts with the parent's moral beliefs & inhibits the child's learning environment?

You can certainly make the request. Most schools will try to accomodate you. But it would not be the kind of thing that most lawyers would be likely to sue on your behalf.
