My son knocked down by another child in school today. The fall broke his wrist and he doesn't have insurance is there anything I can do to get this taken care of?

If the other child did this on purpose, the his parents are probably not responsible. Accidents happen. If the other child did it on purpose--maybe. The age of the child and the intent would all factor into the answer. Does the school have any sort of coverage that might help? In this situation, I'd suggest contacting a personal injury attorney.
