Legal Question in Education Law in Missouri
Can a teacher legally tell a student to give their baby up? I have a friend that is pregnant. She's a junior in a public high school. She was talking about her baby in a class, and the teacher told her that she recommended she give her child up. Can she do that legally?

Thereappears to be no federal or statewide ordinance that prohibits a teacher from giving guidance and advice to a student. There may be pertinent facts you did not provide. Therefore, your friend should consuly directly with an attorney in her area.
Good luck
