Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Missouri
If I allow at no cost, an individual to take pictures at my event, based on the understanding that the photos are strickly for magazine coverage and my website, and then, I find out he is trying to SELL these photos to my participants, like a paid vendor would do, so we have a falling out, who owns the rights to the photos? the photographer or myself?

Not you. The photographer owns the pictures. However, you have a right of celebrity that can be used to stop him from selling them. So, unless you work a deal neither of you are going to make anything legally off this.
