Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Missouri
my former employer is selling product with my voice on it for 4 years. I've never signed a release and do not want to. I want to stop them, and be paid for the past 4 years. What are my rights?

You may have the right to stop them and be paid, depending on your agreements, if any, with the company. The author of a work of art owns the copyright on that work of art absent some agreement to the contrary. It is a matter of Federal law and you will likely need to obtain a copyright registration to enforce your rights. See a copyright or intellectual property law attorney for advice. I can help you mysef or refer you to the appropriate lawyer local to you if you contact me.
