trademark or copywrite?
I want to copy a picture onto a t-shirt of a singer from one of his album covers to wear to his concert. Is this ok to do. The shirt is for myself and not to sell or make any profit. I live in MO but want to wear t-shirt in Vegas.

Generally one may make an artisitic interpretive piece which includes the use of art done by another. Where it is for personal use, I am unaware of any successful trademark infringement cases against such an individual.
