Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have an 8 month old daughter and me and her father have been together we are engaged and she has my last name but i want her to have his last name? how do i go about doin this?

If the father agrees, (and he is on the birth certificate) it is arather simple process of filing a request for name change. If the father disagrees, it can be bit mopre dificult. If there is not father listed on the birth certificate, then even more dificult. You can possibly get the forms from the circuit court in your county.
