Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am 61 retired, my lady friend is 39 and wants to move in with me with her 7 yr old son on a temp basis, 2 weeks to a month. If it doesn't work out, will I have legal obligations to her or/and the kid if I ask them to leave?

You should make it clear (in writing) to her an her Son, that they have permission to stay temporarily. Then if they don't leave, you can sue for unlawful detainer.
