Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Hi. My 1st wife and I divorced over 6 years ago in Las Vegas, NV. I have remarried and now live in Kansas City, MO. My ex-wife remarried in Utah (where she lives) on June 23, 2012. She is now trying to annul this marriage (apparently he's very controlling) and wants me to reinstate alimony payments to her. I believe she knowingly married and voluntarily allowed alimony to stop, relying on her new husband for support. Marriage decree states alimony for 10 years or until she remarries. Two questions: 1) Can I be ordered to reinstate alimony and 2) Which state court would rule on this. Thank you! Mike

I believe the law in which the Judgment of dissolution was entered would control. You may want to consult with a Nevada attorney.
