Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Currently 38 weeks pregnant (never married)and the father and I are no longer together. He has now been married about six months and his wife does not know about our relationship or our child. He does want to take me to court for rights once she is born. When his wife does find out I am affraid of how she (and her older kids) will treat my daughter. Can I keep my daughter away from her? The father has also admitted that he does not want his wife around our daughter.

Probably not possible. If he wants to have custody rights, he can get them. You can present your concerns to the court but based on what you have right now, which is really nothing other than your subjective fears, you will be fighting an uphill battle.
