Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Our 15 year old daughter, unfortunately had a child, the other party isn't on the birth certificate. We are going to be moving out of state" Missouri to Oklahoma". Does the noncustodial child support paying kid have any say in this matter? We called the child support division in Mo. and they couldn't provide a definitve answer thank you for your time.

Your daughet (or other person with custody) has to give the noncustodail parent a 60 day wanring o fht epaln to move. Otherwise custody could be reversed, and/or the moving parent might have to pay all costs of visitaiton with the Missouri resident parent. You and yrou daughter should consult direclty with a family law attorney in your area long before your planned move. Many offer a ree or low cost initial consultation.

Good luck
