Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a 18 year old daughter who has moved out of her mothers home and is independent of herself. My question is can I pay the remaining child support to her?

You may want to file a Motion to Terminate your child support obligation based upon the fact that your daughter is emancipated. An attorney can assist you, or you may be able to complete the appropriate form through the office of the Circuit Clerk. If you elect to have an attorney assit you, you may contact me.
