Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

If a 16 year old girl is living with a legal guardian but still has visitation with her mother (it was her choice to live with guardian) and the mother doesn't agree with something that the guardian is doing does she have any right to challenge her on this issue?

I believe that the legal guardian would have the right to make parenting decisions for the child. I suppose that the biological mother could file a Petition to vacate the guardianship under the right circumstances, but not based soley on disagreeing wiht the decision of the guardian in most cases.
