Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My 2 year old grandson lives with his mother, but she got married to a guy that had charges brought against him 3 years ago for drug posession, drug distributing and drug use can this affect the out come of my son going back to court to modify the custody of his son.

The criminal record (usually n ot just nallegations, but convictions) can affect custody determinations. It may be impossible to speculate how the facts you described will alter your Son's Motion to Modify.
