Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a 17 year old that lives with his dad. Our legal documents state that his dad must bring him for visitation and I take him back home. On every 6th visitation, I am responsible for traveling both ways. For the past 6 months, my son has driven himself. I pay child support and contribute gas money every time he has been here.

Now that my son has put new tires on his vechicle, his dad will not let him drive until I pay $100 or the $275 tire bill. Not a problem, I am willing to drive, but naw his dad, for the lest 3 visits, insists that it is my turn to come get my son and refuses to bring him to my home. The last time I saw my son was over 2 months ago and the last time he was here was the third trip.

Iunderstand i olny have a year of visitation left, can I file on my own to change the requirements so that I have to initiate visitation and his dad would have to pick him up to ensure that I would see my son?
