21 year old preg by 16 year old

can a 21 year old get in trouble for getting pregnant by a 16 year old even if the 16 year old's parents are ok with it?

Technically it is possible, but it is unlikely if there is no one who wants to file a complaint and have the 21 year old prosecuted for having sex with a minor.
