Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a 17 year old that has ran away and the police said that I cant make her come hame . But her school said that she is not able to make good chioces for her self and that I can get a court order to make her stay home. but the court house said if thare is a form for that it would be online and I will just have to look for it . Can you please help me? She is 17 years old but she act more like 10 or 11 and is becoming very sexualy active.

I would suggest that you talk to some one in what we used to call the "juvenile court" system in the county where you live. Perhaps someone will take some action to bring your daughter within the jurisdiction of the court and place her with you subject to whatever conditions the court believes are in the child's best interest.
