Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I'm 16 years of age and want to move out. My step dad is borderline alcoholic and has abused me before. How can I get out?

If his "abuse" of you has not been reported, it should be. But, if the Division of Family Services gets involved, you may be placed in foster care.
