if my 18 yr old daughter and he boyfriend moved to branson missouri a month ago from auburn ny (she gave birth to their first child a week after they moved there) can she move back home to auburn ny with the baby without getting in trouble? her boyfriend and his sister are treating my daughter realy bad and she doesnt want to be down there anymore with the boyfriend. he tells her it will be kidnapping. will it ? can me and my wife drive down there and pick her and our grand baby up and bring them back to auburn ny ?

In Missouri, a person is considered an adult for most purposes, and can make their own decisions, even if they are poor ones. Your daughter needs to go to Court to get custody and child support Orders in place immediately.
Not kidmapping. She must get to court; file a paternity order to get custody order.
