Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My ex and I have a 4 yr old daughter she doesnt know who he is as he has only seen her a few times. He does not pay child support. We were never married. She has never lived with anyone except me, does he have any legal rights for her?

Under the facts that you give us, the child's father is not the legal father and therefore has no "rights" whatsoever concerning the child. You should obtain a judicial determination of paternity and order for child support. In that proceeding the father may be able to obtain legal rights concerning the child.
